1. 30-Day Workmanship Guarantee
Every installation is backed by a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If any issue is directly attributable to our installation within 30 days, we return and correct it at no charge.
2. Refund Eligibility
A full or partial refund may be issued if: the service was not completed due to our fault, the technician caused verifiable damage, or the service does not match the agreed quote. Requests must be submitted within 30 days.
3. Non-Refundable
Refunds are not issued for completed services that match the quote, issues caused by customer equipment, or changes in customer preference after service completion.
4. Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 2 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to $50.
